Options of accommodation at 25 Gull Road include a choice of either one of the three double bedrooms, a double bedded room with en-suite bathroom, the VIP suite with en-suite bathroom, or the private one-bedroom flat with living room, kitchen area and en-suite bathroom (more about accomodation types).

 Guests have access to the property's bar and entertainment area, the heated swimming pool, three outdoor BBQ facilities, kitchen and laundry room and, of course, the residence's foremost facility, situated on the top storey, an open-plan entertainment area, with bar, living room and wrap-around balcony with the finest views anywhere of both Table Mountain and Robben Island.

Other facilities include broadband internet connection, satellite television, secure parking, a personalized menu and more. Breakfast is served between 7 am and 9 am daily, later by arrangement.   The breakfast menu consist both of traditional or health-conscious breakfasts. On request, guests can also arrange for packed lunches, lunch and dinner.

Situated in Blouberg’s Extension One, 25 Gull Road boasts unsurpassed views of the Western Cape’s finest tourist attractions, to which it is also centrally located.

These include Cape Town’s famously scenic landmark and prime tourist attraction, Table Mountain. On the horizon from 25 Gull Road is Robben Island, now a world heritage site, once home to the father of South Africa’s democracy, Nelson Mandela. The house also gazes on the picturesque wine estates of Durbanville Hills.

The property is centrally located to most of the important attractions and venues in Cape Town and the Western Cape.
